had a really disappointing experience here. from the moment i walked in, something felt off. the staff barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it was cold and dismissive. i noticed other people being treated much better greeted with smiles, offered help right away while i was left waiting or ignored. as a person of colour, it’s hard not to notice when you're being treated differently. i didn’t come here expecting special treatment, just basic respect and decent service like everyone else. instead, i felt like i didn’t belong, like my presence was somehow a problem. it's frustrating and honestly pretty upsetting. i really wanted to like this place, but the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. it wasn’t just bad service it felt personal, like i was being judged or overlooked for something i can’t change. i don’t recommend this place, especially for people of colour. your time, money, and energy are better spent somewhere that actually values all its guests equally. hopefully, they reflect on this and do better moving forward

From the minute we entered the restaurant oevaru we were greeted by the warmest welcome and ushered to our table of preference. Our needs and comfort were attended to by Niju and his fine team members of Payal, Edwin, Thoam, Haan and Shinan who anticipated all our needs and ensured we had best experience. niju and his team elevated our experience of the evening being more than just a buffet dinner. We were celebrating our friend’s pre bday celebration and the team delivered a surprise cake singing happy bday to her. The experience and the connection we felt were genuine and the service was exceptional. Thank you for making our evening memorable

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious meal, and kind, courteous service. I strongly advise the well-balanced dish with a little spiciness and coconut infusion: and cuttlefish curry served with rice. The dessert calls for Nasandhura cheesecake, which melts on your tongue with lots of flavors.

My stay was amazing! The hotel has just opened, so everything felt brand new, clean, and modern. It truly exceeded my expectations and was definitely worth it. The pool and gym facilities were fantastic — well-equipped, spotless, and perfect for relaxing or working out. I’d definitely come back!
